Note 2 If less than 14 days notice is given of cancellation the full fee is still payable. Non return of the confirmation or a message on our answer machine is not a cancellation of the function. Please talk to us directly we do understand .

Note 3 If a function is cancelled in accordance with Note 2 than any deposit will be returned if a replacement function can be obtained to fill the vacant date in our diary.

Note 4 We are not VAT registered so prices are excluding VAT.

Note 5 I/We reserve the right to claim statutory interest above the Bank of England rate at the date the debt becomes overdue in accordance with the Late Payments of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

Note 6 If the DJ has to arrive before a function to play background music, a meal or refreshments will be provided for the DJ and Driver. (This is important as my driver is diabetic and needs to eat regularly)

Note 7 If a food is provided, the DJ, face painter and Roadie will be able to join the audience for a break and the refreshments provided.

Note 8 It is the promoters responsibility to ensure that the venue is covered by a current music licence.

Note 9 If there are power supply problems or any other situation where the function can not continue, the full fee is still payable.

Note 10 If a venue has to be vacated because of fire or other situation, any damage to or theft of the DJs equipment is the responsibility of the promoter.

Note 11 If for any reason the Dj or face painter cannot attend (I.e. Car accident/illness) we will make every effort to provide replacement entertainers, but at peak times/dates this may not be possible.

are more than just “Disco” music. We have lots of traditional party games and music, together with special Noo Noo’s the Dragon games. A good party atmosphere is assured.

Many DJ's are not aware that young children do not listen constantly to the radio as teenagers do. Some DJ's assume that all they need to do to run a children's party or disco is to play the latest top ten/ pop hit.

With over 35 years of experience of entertaining all ages, and daughters who are now mature young women, we are well aware that children need guidance in the art of dancing. We are therefore more than happy to dance with them (We involve the parents and friends as well), showing them how to dance all the popular party dances. We also have a number of simple dances that the children are keen to learn. These are not usually covered by less experienced DJ's.
